Tasting notesGrapes harvested at Herdade Penedo Gordo during the coolest hours and treated to reduce oxidation. Vinification at low temperatures.
Final fermentation and aging in French oak barrels, with battonnage for 3 months.
Visual: Límpido de cor palha aberta.
Aroma: Aromas de pêssego e ligeiro tropical com a presença discreta da evolução em barrica.
Boca: Volume de boca cremoso e equilibrado por uma boa acidez resultando um final intenso e frutado.
